Beaver Creek's Hike-ology program is designed to introduce youngsters to the environment that surrounds them. Children and parents are invited to pick-up a learning brochure, available in the Ticket Office, to take with them and fill-in as they hike.

The Hike-ology program consists of 3 trails:

The Discovery Loop Trail where children can learn about native Colorado wildlife, and the history of the area.

The Spruce Saddle Loop where children can match the indigneous plants and animals they come across with their names in a fun mix-n-match game in their brochure.

The 5 Senses Trail where children are encouraged to explore the flora and fauna around them with their hands, eyes, ears, and nose.

Be sure to keep an eye open for marmots, foxes, hawks, elk, deer, and more!
