The Beaver Creek Women’s Invitational is designed to be the ultimate women’s golf & leisure event presented by Beaver Creek Resorts and Colorado AvidGolfer Magazine at the exclusive Beaver Creek Golf Club, on September 11 & 12, 2008.

As an invitation only event, we are targeting a very desirable demographic group of Colorado ladies. This event will combine a day of  golf instruction along with another day of golf for two, an Après Golf and Dinner Party, two night luxury accommodations at the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek, and leisure activities such as: horseback riding, shopping, spa treatments, lavish gifts and a great opportunity to experience the fall colors in Beaver Creek.

Golf Format

     • Chicago Points System
     • Limited to the first 60 twosomes
     • Hole-In-One Prizes
           - Two-year lease on an upscale automobile
           - $10,000 cash on all other Par 3s
     • Other contests such as longest drive, closest-to-pin will also be a part of the event

• Eighteen (18) holes of golf at Beaver Creek Golf Club
• Private Golf Clinic Hosted by special guest

Friday, September 12th

7:00 a.m.	Breakfast at host hotel
9:00 a.m.	Check-in,  Warm-up
10:00 a.m.	Shotgun start
10:00 a.m.	On Course stations
4:00 p.m.	Awards ceremony, cookout or heavy hors d’ oeuvres
7:00 p.m.	*Dine around in Beaver Creek Village

Saturday, September 13th

7:00 a.m.

Breakfast at host hotel Options for golf rounds (on their own) at BC, Red Sky, Spas, etc.

Guest activities will include (for an additional fee): golf at Red Sky Golf Club and other Vail Valley Golf Courses, spa treatments, horseback riding, hiking, biking, shopping and fly fishing.
