The Vail Valley Wine Auction will feature:
• Exquisite wine dinner, exciting live auction, and dancing with Tina Marx and the Millionaires
• All-star chefs preparing five courses, each paired with a brilliant wine
• Thrilling live auction featuring rare wines and unique vacation packages

Dinner:
The event will consist of a five course wine pairing dinner with an all-star lineup of chefs:
• Christoph Wagner  from Lech, Austria
• Marco Stabile  from Florence, Italy
• David Walford  from Splendido, Beaver Creek
• Paul Ferzacca  from La Tour, Vail
• Ferid Rama and Pascal Coudouy from the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa


Auction:
The silent and live auctions will feature wines from some of today’s most exciting wineries and the personal cellars of discriminating connoisseurs.  Also, one-of-a-kind trips including:

• A ski or hiking trip to Beaver Creek’s Sister Resort, Lech-Zurs, Austria
• A VIP wine and cultural trip to Florence, Italy
• An exclusive getaway to a private home at Hawaii’s Four Season’s
• A one-of-a-kind wine trip to California
• A racing and wine experience at the Moto GP in Estoril, Portugal
• An adventure to Argentina’s wine country

The goal of the Vail Valley Wine Auction, a 501 (c)3 organization, is to raise significant funds to serve the less fortunate and encourage ongoing education.  Proceeds from the evening will benefit the Bright Future Foundation (formerly the Resource Center) and Colorado Mountain College’s Culinary Program (http://www.coloradomtn.edu/culinary/ ).  The Bright Future Foundation’s mission is to empower the Vail Valley community through education, advocacy, crisis intervention and mentoring. They run a Women’s Shelter, Assault Hotline, Transitional Housing and a Buddy Mentor Program.  Colorado Mountain College is raising funds for a teaching kitchen and is reaching out to Vail Valley high school and college-aged youth to pursue careers in the culinary arts.
