Thursday, August 7

Vail Valley Wine Auction, $200*
Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa, 6-10pm

 Friday, August 8

Fly Fish/Eat Fish, $200
Beaver Creek Fly Fishing Center & Spago at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, 8am-2:30pm
Fish with the best guides around on the beautiful Eagle River, then indulge in a four-course wine pairing luncheon at Spago.

Wine Luncheon, $100
Spago at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, 12-2:30pm
Hosted by Vail's only Master Sommelier, Sean Razee, enjoy four courses prepared by Spago’s Chef Ferguson paired with wines and spirits.

Culinary Demo Series, Free
Bon Appetit Tent on Plaza, behind Beaver Creek Sports, 5pm
Learn from Beaver Creek Chophouse’s Chef Jay McCarthy, and enjoy wines and spirits in our outdoor state-of-the-art kitchen. Open to the public, but space fills up quickly!

“Best of” Wine Dinner

Featuring Guest Chef Michael Cimarusti, Splendido’s Chef David Walford  and paired wines and spirits.

Saturday, August 9

Walk & Wine, $100
Beaver Creek Hiking Center & Beaver Creek Chophouse, 10am-2pm
A guided hike with the experts of the Beaver Creek Hiking Center for all ability levels followed by a wine pairing luncheon at the Beaver Creek Chophouse with Guest Chef TBA.

Cooking Class, $100
Splendido at The Chateau, 10am-1pm
Learn from Splendido’s Chef David Walfrod and Guest Chef Joseph Manzare in Splendido’s state-of-the-art kitchen. After this hands on experience, enjoy your creations in a wine luncheon.

White Wine & Sushi Seminar, $50
Foxnut, 3-4pm
Taste double gold winning wines paired with sushi prepared by Foxnut’s Chef Riley Romanin.
