Thursday, August 20

Beaver Creek Rodeo Series Guest Chef BBQ -  $75  
Join us for the weekly Rodeo at Traer Creek for an exclusive BBQ with guest chefs Waldy Malouf & Richard Sandoval.   

Friday, August 21    

Fly Fish/Eat Fish - $200  
8am-2:30pm 
Fly Fishing Center & Spago
Fish with the best guides around on the beautiful Eagle River. All ability levels welcome. Then indulge in a four-course wine pairing luncheon at Spago with Master Sommelier Sean Razee and Chef Mark Ferguson.    
    
Walk & Wine - $100  
10am-2pm Hiking Center & Spago
A guided hike with the experts of the Beaver Creek Hiking Center for all ability levels. Reward yourself with a wine pairing luncheon at Spago with Sommelier Sean Razee and Chef Mark Ferguson.    
    
Wine Luncheon - $75
12-2:30pm Spago at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch 
Hosted by the Vail Valley's only Master Sommelier Sean Razee, enjoy four courses prepared by Spago's Chef Mark Ferguson paired with wines and spirits.    

Culinary Demo Series - Free
5-6pm Bon Appetit Tent (on Plaza behind BC Sports) 
Learn from Beaver Creek Chophouse's Chef Jay McCarthy, and enjoy wines or cocktails in Beaver Creek's outdoor kitchen. Open to the public, but space fills up quickly. First come, first served.    

Wine Dinner - $125  
7-10pm Splendido at the Chateau
Enjoy an amazing wine pairing dinner with Guest Chef Scott Conant, Guest Pastry Chef Keegan Gerhard and Splendido's David Walford. Bid on amazing vacation packages benefiting The Bright Future Foundation.     

Saturday, August 22    

Desserts & Drinks Class - $100  
10am-1pm 
Rimini Create delicious desserts with infamous pastry chef Keegan Gerhard at this hands-on class. Sip cocktails and enjoy lunch and tasting your creations.    
    
Mix it Up - $40
3-4:30pm 
Beaver Creek Chophouse 
Learn how to mix specialty cocktails (and taste them all!) while enjoying paired appetizers prepared by the Beaver Creek Chophouse
