PRIMA  is a collection of performing arts and cultural events in the Vail Valley. From recitals by the New York Philharmonic to performances by the acclaimed Pacific Northwest Ballet to educational seminars for all ages, PRIMA encompasses a wide array of activities the whole family can enjoy.

Bravo! Vail Valley Music Festival
June 25-August 2
Bravo! brings over 40 acclaimed soloists and ensembles; and 3 outstanding resident orchestras to the valley, including the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, the Philadelphia Orchestra, and the New York Philharmonic. 

Bud Light Hot Summer Nights Concert Series
June 17- August 19
Every Tuesday (with some exclusions) at 6:30pm at the Ford Amphitheater in Vail
Come outdoors for the rockin’ social event of the season with hot bands in a casual, up-beat setting. Admission is free for all ages.

Vail International Dance Festival
July 27 – August 9
An annual tradition, the International Dance Festival brings together the finest performers from around the world. Join us this summer for the highly anticipated, world-wide debut of Morpheses/The Wheeldon Company.

Vail Jazz Festival
August 31- September 3
This Labor Day Weekend party brings together the world's greatest jazz musicians in an intimate, cabaret-style setting for a blend of jazz music not found anywhere else.

Venues

Vilar Center for the Arts at Beaver Creek
This intimate, 500-seat, year-round venue presents a variety of acclaimed performances from concerts to Broadway shows, family to classical, dance to film. 

Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater
The Amphitheater is located at the eastern end of Vail Village and seats 2,500 with 1,260 fixed seats and 1,240 general admission seats that offer excellent views of the stage from a grassy hillside.
