Guided Hikes
Take advantage of our professional hiking guide service by booking a trip with the Hiking Center. Our guides will stimulate and educate you while you take in your beautiful surroundings. All scheduled hikes are also available as private hikes with a 24-hour reservation (based upon availability).
*Hiking equipment, including child-carrying backpacks, is available to rent through the Beaver Creek Hiking Center.
*All hikes with the exception of the Spruce Saddle Loop require a 24 hr advance reservation and a minimum of two adults.

COLORADO 14er ADVENTURE plus PROGRAM

New for 2008, the Beaver Creek Hiking Center introduces the Colorado Fourteener Adventure Plus package for the outdoor enthusiasts. Participants have a unique opportunity to summit one of Colorado's famed 14,000 foot peaks (there are 54 in the state) in the Salida and Buena Vista areas, one of the most scenic regions in all of Colorado. Choose from legendary peaks including Mt. Shavano, Mt. Tabequache, Mt. Antero, Mt. Colombia, Mt. Harvard, and Mt. Princeton. Tours depart Monday morning's early from the Beaver Creek Hiking Center. We will summit our peak that afternoon weather permitting. The late afternoon will be spent soaking in the historical Mt. Princeton Hot Springs followed by a luxurious dinner and tales from our big day of climbing. The following day will offer either a rafting adventure on the Arkansas River or exploring the historic mining town of St. Elmo. The package includes guides, transportation to and from the Beaver Creek Hiking Center, one night of loding, hot springs access, three meals, use of Salomon hiking boots and packs, LEKI trekking poles and all weather gear if needed. Price is $395pp/$350dbl occupancy, as well as a rafting supplement when applicable. Private trips can be arranged for $495pp/$450dbl occupancy with a two-person minimum. BEAVER CREEK'S HIKING CENTER'S EUROPEAN ADVENTURE
Tuscany, Italy; September 21-28, Biking, Hiking and Culinary delights
The Beaver Creek Hiking Center and the Beaver Creek Resort Company are introducing a unique European hiking, culinary and cultural program for 2008. The trip includes seven nights lodging at the Fattoria Lavacchio, a 4-star 17th century family-run Villa, most meals, four days of professionally-guided hiking and/or road biking, a guided VIP day of Florence and its cultural gems, cooking class, wine tasting's and so much more. Hikers must be at least 18 years old to participate. Price is $3,200 per person and does not include airfare, alcohol, some meals or personal spending money. Price is based upon double occupancy, though a single supplement is offered.
